Project Description

This project involved the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing industrial warehouse, which was transformed into a tobacco manufacturing facility. As part of the redesign, a mezzanine-level administrative area was added to the original structure to accommodate office and management functions.

The layout was carefully planned to ensure that production line staff have efficient access to all required support and service spaces. One of the key design considerations was the clear separation of circulation paths for production workers and administrative employees, enhancing both operational efficiency and safety.

In addition, visual connectivity between the management areas and the production hall was intentionally incorporated, allowing supervision and oversight of the manufacturing process.

In industrial factory design, the location, dimensions, and organization of loading docks, as well as the separate entry and exit routes for raw materials and finished products, are critical factors. These aspects were treated as essential components of the overall design strategy for this project.
