Alireza Shirzadian Moghadam, founder of Dezhar, graduated from Azad University of Tehran in master of architecture and he is a registered architect, a member of the organization for engineering order of building.

He established the Dezhar firm in 2005 and has over 22 years of professional experience; combining the design and delivery of buildings with the urban design and the master-planning of environments. Alireza provides the design leadership and management of Dezhar’s multi-disciplinary teams and has worked in different cities in Iran. He has developed his firm over these years and has grown the staffs to over 30 with many completed and under construction key projects. His work combines a rigorous and systematic approach applied at every level, from large scale projects to more intimate spaces. With an eye to attaining an uncompromising solution to meet functionality, timing and budget considerations. Alireza has a clear understanding of how to extract value from built facilities whilst contributing to the excellence of their design.
